1. Service Description

Avani Physio Care operates exclusively as an at-home physiotherapy service provider serving the residential areas of Thane, Mulund, and Powai. We do not have a physical clinic location. All treatments are scheduled and administered directly at the patient's place of residence.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Rescheduling

Appointments can be requested via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Confirmations: Appointments are only guaranteed once confirmed by our clinical coordinator.
Rescheduling: To request a reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment slot. Reschedule requests made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a scheduling fee.

3. Home Environment Requirements

To ensure a safe and effective clinical session, the patient's home must provide:

A clean, well-lit, and smoke-free environment.
Adequate space for the physical therapist to set up and guide therapeutic exercises safely.
A responsible family member or caregiver present on the premises during the entire treatment session (especially for geriatric or neuro-rehabilitation patients).

4. Clinical Assessments & Treatment Plans

Our physiotherapist (Dr. Kruttika Suryavanshi, Reg. No: 2025/08/PT/014516) reserves the right to decline treatment or adapt rehabilitation protocols if:

The clinical assessment indicates that home-visit treatment is medically unsafe or contraindicated.
The patient exhibits behavior that is inappropriate, threatening, or hazardous to the clinician's safety.

5. Liability & Medical Disclaimer

Physiotherapy entails potential risks including temporary muscle soreness or fatigue. Patients assume normal physical risks associated with prescribed rehabilitation exercises. You agree to disclose all historical medical details, prior surgeries, drug usage, and clinical conditions prior to beginning care to avoid clinical issues.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
